Account Executive

We are growing. We are hiring an Account Executive to grow with us.

CM Global provides signs, displays, premiums and promotional items to some of the nation’s largest beverage companies, lotteries, QSR’s and consumer goods & services providers. Check us out at and .

We are looking for a Salesperson to join us in this fast-paced growth journey. Along the way you will learn a lot, have the chance to make a decent living and have some fun. Balance is important to us; ask about our new 3rd Friday Off policy.

Who are we looking for? Someone with experience selling signs, displays, and/or promotional items. (You can be a seasoned superstar or a talented novice, we are just looking for some experience.) Someone who loves the hunt. Someone who is not afraid to work hard, and still have a good time.

  • Understands existing accounts; their needs, place in the market; philosophies and plans. Thoroughly understand how they go to market; decides on marketing programs and vendors; item selection. Proactively develops marketing programs to meet these needs; respond to their requests for programs as they arise.

  • Constantly develops new accounts, keeping every year’s new account activity at 20% of the sale volume. Accomplishes this by researching companies and markets, identifying prospects, and developing accounts.

  • Handles all accounts in a way to maximize revenue and margin while understanding what price the market will bear.

  • Works with project managers, account managers and company management to make sure we stay on track with schedules, budgets and client needs.

  • Serves as company representation into client, representing us in a positive, professional, honest and respectful manner at all times.

  • Participates in launch meetings, providing the info necessary for us to meet the client needs.

  • Serves as client advocate at all times, reminding us that the client’s needs must be met for the company to succeed.

  • Travels as necessary; work trade shows as assigned by management.

  • Understands all programs and its operations and machinations thoroughly.

  • Maintains a solid book of business to make sure the AE covers his/her way in the company while meeting the company’s needs for revenue.

  • Uses Pipedrive, Outlook and all sales tools as proscribed by management.

  • Maintains honest, productive and professional internal and external communication standards at all times.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

  • Enters into every discussion and project with a “Move It Forward” attitude, recognizing that the success of the company is dependent on everyone participating in the success of every effort.


  • Associate's Degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Computer skills required: Microsoft Office; Quickbooks; Pipedrive and similar programs as needed.
